BG organization helps college students as food costs continue to rise in Kentucky

The Kentucky Farm Bureau released their quarterly market basket survey for the first quarter of 2019, and food costs are up 1.85 percent. Higher prices means less to eat for some folks in Bowling Green.

One local organization is trying to help by giving Western Kentucky University students twice as much food for their money.
