A grassroots movement is lobbying to make conversion therapy for minors illegal in Kentucky.

Conversion therapy attempts to change a person’s sexuality or gender identity.

Kentucky House of Representatives member Patti Minter is one of the 20 co-sponsors of House Bill 211.

Kentucky residents can give their input on House Bill 211 by calling the Kentucky Legislator Hotline at 1-800-372-7181.
